Penerapan Metode Simple Additive Weighting Untuk Penilaian Kinerja Dosen

This Research aimaed to find out the extent of the lecturer's performance in carrying out the tridharma, an assessment is needed. The lecturer performance assessment system carried out by Baturaja University so far is still not all computerized, such as in the calculation of the value of decision-making criteria so that decision making still takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to apply the Simple Additive Weighting method to assess the performance of lecturers. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternatives from a number of alternatives. Outcome it can be concluded that a system can be employed to do was performance assessment.
