THE STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION OF USING GROUP PRESENTATION METHOD IN ENGLISH EDUCATION STUDY PROGRAM AT BATURAJA UNIVERSITY

This research aims to find out Students’ perceptions of Using the group presentation method. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The Population of this research was 94 students in the English Education Study Program at Baturaja University. The researcher got 62 students from the English
Education Study Program as the sample by applying purposive sampling. The data was collected through the questionnaire using Google Forms as an intermediary application. It consists of 20 questions. These results were seen from student answers to the research questionnaire, which were divided into two indicators, namely the process of doing group presentations and the effect of doing presentations. Based on the results, the researcher found that 62% of English Education students agreed with the use of the presentation group method.
