Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja (RAPBD) Berdasarkan Konsistensi Antara Renstra Renja dan PPAS Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu

The delopment planning and participative budget has put in the national develompent planning as the rule of uu no. 25/2004 about budgeting state, and uu no. 32/2004 about
local government. according to the rule that the centre government and local government must be making a long term a development planning (RPJP/D), a middle term develompment planning( RPJM). Every document process of development
planning need coordination inter government institutions and participation of all the stakeholders from development planning coordination. the goal of this program is
making the participation of the public is optimal.
So that the develompment planning need some support of the stakeholder : from the government the support of public service, from the corporate, and household toincreased the investation, product, bussiness chance, work, and income distribution, and then the society function in developing of social and economic life.
According to the rule of development planning coordination, the planning from the society is buttom up planning and top down planning, as the rule about tne national development planning uu no.25 / 2001 and finance state in uu no.32 / 2004 about local government.
