Abstract

This study aimed to find out challenges of hybrid learning faced by the tenth grade students at SMK Negeri 02 OKU during pandemic COVID-19. This study is using by qualitative design. The methodology of this study was descriptive qualitative. The population of this study was students of Tenth Grade Students of SMK Negeri 02 OKU. The technique of sampling was cluster random sampling. In this study, there were 80 students from three (3) class, they are class x fashion 1, class x hotel accommodation and class x beauty. The researcher provided a closed ended questionnaire which comprised of 20 questions about challenges of hybrid learning. The researcher analyzed the data by counting the percentage the questionnaire the students. The data obtained from the questionnaire is analyzed uses the formula from Anas Sudjiono (2012). Based on findings, the result of the study indicated that the first challenge faced by students’ in hybrid learning is self paced learning. The second is performance support learning. The third is live event. The fourth is assessment and the last the fifth challenge is collaboration.
