Meanwhile, activities coded D, G and I are not critical paths for the above activities because The fastest time or duration to complete is not the same as the longest time. So it can be seen that the project's critical activity path is A – B – C – E – F – I – J – K – L – M which is marked with a red arrow line. The results of the CPM analysis prove that the duration for the house construction project was completed faster than the specified time of 44 days, it could be completed more quickly to 39 completion days, so the time difference reached 5 days. the project which previously took 44 days became 39 days or 5 days faster. Based on the budgeted amount of Rp. 65,406,819 is greater than the realized costs of Rp. 60,320,299.00, resulting in a cost difference of IDR 5,086,520.29.
