Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Performance of Pedestrian Paths at BK10Gumawang Market, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The methodusedinthis study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study obtainedmultiple linear regression obtained Y = 0.723 + 0.811X1 + 0.284X2+1.333X3. The results of partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests showthe Influence of Security, Comfort and Aesthetics on the Performanceof Pedestrian Paths at BK 10 Gumawang Market, East Ogan KomeringUluRegency. The contribution of Security, Comfort and Aesthetics tothePerformance of Pedestrian Paths at BK 10 Gumawang Market, East OganKomering Ulu Regency is 70.4% while the remaining 29.6% is influencedbyother variables not included in this research model.
